Once he is dead, escape from the territory and go atPearl’sposition.
Bypass the single opponent in the corner of the building and enter through the mentioned window inside.
Walk down and overhear the conversation.
Once the talk is over, quickly escape from the region.
Then set one of the chests on fire, creating a chain reaction.
