You and Keegan have to sink the only one ship which remains to defend rocket factory.
Hide behind a cover and wait until all divers swim by.
After killing them, follow Keegan until you get to the another group.
This time, there is a lot more divers.
Keegan leaves you free hand and let you begin the attack.
So find a good place from where you’re free to see all enemies and you’re safe.
As in the previous case, you have several seconds before they bring up the fire.
Use this time to kill as many as you might.
Remember that you might’t use grenades underwater and don’t let enemy get too close to you.
