On the bridge pillar, there is the fourth relay.

It is attached to the red-and-white object on the stone embankment.
The first relay is attached to the stone statue, next to the stairs.
At the height of the second floor, you will find the next, fifth antenna.
You will gain access from the street level.
Also, to reach the third antenna, you do not need to climb.
It is attached to the wall of the white building with pillars.
The next relay is hanging on the bridge pillar, ahead of the river.
The next gear is also hanging on the pillar of the bridge.
This time, however, it is located islet, in the middle of the bridge.
you oughta swim to get there.
Walk over to the end of the level, where you will notice another elevator.
Lower it and get in.
Walk over to the antenna and hack into it.
The next relay is on the balcony of the white building on the corner.
you oughta use the camera to locate it.
It is on the first floor, behind the row of plants.
This relay is hanging on the pillar inside the glazed building.
The last antenna is at a higher level of the white, oval building.
However, it is within your reach, once you stand under it.
The first antenna is on the wall, behind the plant, next to the skyscraper.
you gotta reach the next antenna through the underground garage.
It has been attached to one of the pillars.
To reach the next machine, it’s crucial that you climb.
The next antenna is available via the camera across the street, relative to the previous relay.
