Afterwards enter the room above the broken forklift.

Use the remote to get outside.
Go up the ladder onto the platform.
Watch how the electric bolt moves and start going forward once it changes its direction.
On the other side, go down and destroy the crate to get through the hole in the fence.
After a short fight with Octabrains, you will reach a corner with a Railgun leaning against the wall.
Once you kill the Pigs, more Octabrains will appear.
Using the machinegun, you should deal with quickly and rather without problems.
In the end go through the gate beside the machinegun post.
