Slide it down and then repeat the same maneuver with the next zipline.

Plant C4000 charges at indicated locations
You have to plant charges at given points on the dam.
Two of them can be found at the dam base and the third one is located on the top.
If you prefer silent option, use the cybereye to monitor enemies and jump into water.
it’s possible for you to get there by surfacing on its left side and climbing the rocks.
After that, use the side door to get inside.
Use the bow if you have it or blade takedowns to get rid of them silently.
suspend the alarm and carefully leave the building, watching out for other enemies.
Plant the first charge on the silo, on the left side of the dam.
Now head towards rest of soldiers, eliminating them silently (there is one morerobo dogin the area).
After killing them, plant the next charge on the dam wall, at the marked point.
Return to place where you’ve planted the first charge and locate stairs leading inside the dam.
Replenish your ammo if needed.
Start climbing up the stairs.
Go up the stairs and crouch near the exit to the balcony - two enemy soldiers should appear there.
Kill them with the bow or distract using the dice and eliminate with the blade.
Now it is time to get rid of snipers.
The best way to eliminate them is to distract and take them down when they look at other direction.
After clearing the balcony, take one of ladders leading up and use it.
Prepare for the fight with two more enemies (includingMolotoxunit).
After the fight plant the third charge on the dam wall.
Move out of the blast radius
Head to the direction shown on the map.
Walk over large pipes and climb up the rocks.
Detonate the charges
When you get to the safe place, detonate the charges.
Unfortunately they are not good enough to blow up the dam.
Use the zipline to get back to the dam.
Three soldiers will come running from the dam.
Eliminate rest of them and get inside the dam.
At the stairs you’ll get warm welcome from anotherlover of flamethrowers.
Replenish ammo and explosives and keep going, killing another soldier along your way.
In the next room you might destroy the alarm switch.
Go out and turn left.
The road ahead is full of enemy soldiers and also helicopters will appear after a while.
Get to the end of the road and locate stairs leading down.
You’ll see there the door, behind which you could find the engineer you’re looking for.
Locate the catwalk under the ceiling and climb it.
First of all, eliminate the singleMolotoxunit.
On the other side of the room you’ll find an alarm switch.
Once you block the alarm you could kill the rest of opponents with standard weapons.
Wait until the scientist fire up the door and follow him.
You’ll get to another area full of enemies withheavy soldier with flamethroweramong them.
Eliminate the nearest soldier the bow or distract him with a dice to execute him.
Move to the passage on the left and go down the stairs, watching out for enemy soldiers.
There is an alarm switch at the bottom.
Use it and kill the rest of opponents.
Go back upstairs and run after the engineer through the newly opened door.
Release core’s 3 underwater safety locks
Your task is to remove underwater safety locks.
Theirs locations are shown on the minimap.
Watch out forcybersharkswhile under the water, because they can quickly kill you.
Go to the room with the engineer and replenish your supplies.
Prepare to repel the enemy attack, while engineer tries to lower reactor shields.
Return to the building with working engineer when you oughta replenish ammo or heal yourself.
Move to the place shown by the marker and hold the proper key/button.
