Run further left or right.

The further road leads to the pier on which twoDelusions,ApathyandDullnesswill appear.
Go to[2].
Come back to the gate in[3]and, having saved the game, open it.
Here you have to defeatArachnophobiathat will appear in[4].
Unfortunately, the smallFearswill be disturbing you again, so be careful.
You’ll get8,500 XPfor killing the boss, and when you get rid of allFears-20,000 XPfor the quest completion.
Use the portal in[5]to return to the ship.
