Use the stairs to reach the upper floor#1.
Otherwise you’ll notice that a singleguardis patrolling nearby corridors#2.
The easiest solution is to shoot or stun the guard#1.
It is not mandatory, because you may as well avoid him.
Wait there for the guard to head left and then leave the room, quickly moving towards the elevator.
Assuming you’ve secured this area you should be able to take some time to look around.
Visit Pump Room A3 and A4.
Both rooms containlockerswith valuable things.
Continue towards the elevator, locating a locked gate to your left#2.
Enter the elevator, interact with thecontrol paneland wait until you’re transported to a new level.
