Start your search - drugs can be found under the bed#1and inside the soap box#2.
Drugs are also inside the pipe connecting bunks and in the toilet#2.
Return toDreyfus(1) and give him drugs.
If you might defeat this lunatic, you’ll earn the respect of many prisoners.
After the initial presentation#1, the door to the room opens.
The fight with the Butcher is not the easy one#2.

You might also throw weapons at him or just use the Fury.
