During investigations, you will often be asked to do favors for some character.
Usually this will revolve around delivering a specific item, or reaching a certain place.
Usually you might find an item there that will unlock new interactions.
Moreover, sometimes you will have the choice of what to do in the context of a given situation.
Some hints are also included in letters and notes.
Many of them are located close to the character the letter mentions.
