Get to the construction site and you will realize that the door to the library is locked.

Use the crate in the middle to reach the higher level and jump towards the building.
Enter the building through the window and get to the lower level to eliminate two guards.
Head to the main auditorium in the library.
Although you will encounter many enemies, you will receive a new ability,Time Shield.
It will create a shield that you’ve got the option to use to shield from bullets.
Furthermore, usered containersthat contain flammable substance.
Finish the battle and free Will.
Prepare yourself, as reinforcement will arrive soon.
Get of the elevation to have a better range of maneuver.
Some of your opponents will haveAssault Rifles, so switch it with your SMG as quickly as possible.
To end the chapter, get Will to the exit.
