This quest can be unlocked after speaking withArbiter Renaavthat can be found in themarketplace.
She suggests you to learn more about laws and customs of her folks.
to get to do that you must meet with two persons onAya.
They areArbiter Ohmdaalingovernor officeandArbiter Vraagenin theResistance Base.
After speaking with each one of those character take thedatapadand read it.
Rewards for finishing the quest:XP.
Messages to the Nexus
How to unlock:Speak withEnroh Bosaan[Aya: Governor office].
This quest is unlocked after speaking withEnroh Bosaaningovernor office.
He asks you to visit four terminals that are used to send private messages on Nexus.
The terminals are located throughout the entire city and you’re able to access them in any order.
When you get to each one of them grab the first option to check the messages.
Then, you’re able to send them unedited or change their content before sending them.
Regardless of your choice the quest is completed after sending all messages from four terminals.
Test Subject
How to unlock:The passage next toDaanfre[Aya].
You receiveSAM’swarning that there was an attempt at scanning.
Speak with Danafree and learn about her reasons.
After hearing her opinion you might allow her to scan you.
The Angaran Initative
How to unlock:Receive and e-mail fromdirector Tann[Tempest].
The message fromdirector Tannis received after making enough progress in the main storyline.
You must visit the newly established Andromeda Initiative embassy onAya.
When you return on the planet go to the embassy and speak withambassadorRialla.
Rewards for finishing the quest:XP,The Vesaalside quest unlocked,The Nexus Exchangeside quest unlocked.
Outpost Supplies on Eos
How to unlock:Speak withMerixus[Aya: Docks].
Merixusshould appear inDocksafter making enough progress in the main storyline.
He stands near the shuttle east from the place were Tempest docked.
Speak with him about the supplies for the outpost on Eos.
He asks you to findquilloa seeds, one of themerchantsin themarketplaceoffers them.
Buy the seeds for 250 Credits and bring them to Merixus.
Rewards for finishing the quest:XP,Andromeda Viability Points.
Outpost Supplies on Kadara
Merixusshould appear inDocksafter making enough progress in the main storyline.
He stands near the shuttle east from the place were Tempest docked.
Speak with him about the supplies for the outpost on Kadara.
He asks you to findAngaran antibiotics, one of theassistant medicsin theResistance Baseoffers them.
Buy the antibiotics for 450 Credits and bring them to Merixus.
Outpost Supplies on Voeld
Merixusshould appear inDocksafter making enough progress in the main storyline.
He stands near the shuttle east from the place were Tempest docked.
Speak with him about the supplies for the outpost on Voeld.
He asks you to findsolar amplifiers, one of thetechniciansin the west part of the city offers them.
Buy the antibiotics for 550 Credits and bring them to Merixus.
The Nexus Exchange
How to unlock:Speak withAmbassador Rialla[Aya: Embassy].
This quest can be unlocked during other side quest calledThe Angaran Initiative.
You learn that a few Angara wants to move to Nexus.
you could speak with them and take a stab at convince them to relocate.
If you want to recruit all candidates you must choose the right dialog options.
Regardless of how many Angara you encouraged to move on Nexus the quest will finish.
The Witnesses
How to unlock:Receive an e-mail fromMoshae Sjefa[Tempest].
you’re able to start this quest after you receive an e-mail fromMoshae Sjefa.
She suggests you to meet with a few Angara that remember the first contact with Kett.
Asking them about that event can prove useful in defeating Kett.
The Angara from the list areDaanesk,AnaretandVuhlren.
you’re free to meet with them in any order.
Past, Present and Future
How to unlock:Receive an e-mail fromAvela Kjar[Tempest].
you could get this quest sometime after completingForgotten Historyside quest.
Fly onAyaand meet with Avela again - she should be on the south part of the city.
