Take theHealth Drinkfrom the table on the left and read thenote(incident report).
There is a doll in the middle incubator - look at her.
Go through the broken window to theroom 204.

Take theX-Ray Filmfrom the Wall.
There’s aBasic Weapon Combatguide on the table .
Read it and return to the Nurse Center.
Approach the photo on the wall, open inventory and use theX-Ray Film.
Approach the keypad and enter the code.
