After collecting all three items, you’ve got the option to head back to Amon Hen.

Dig up the loose ground beside the ghost to find a fish.
Tomatoes can be gathered by using the rope on the hook beside the bush and afterwards hitting the plant.
The egg is buried beside the boats.
