Some skills affect more than one task.
Others are passive and some affect not just work.
Duplicates may have the following attributes, which also affect the jobs from the Jobs tab.
Every character has its own interests - each duplicant receives 1-3 of them.
Interests reduce stress by 1 point and lower the time needed to complete the task or learn new abilities.
Let only the best duplicates in their fields perform thefollowing tasks:Art,Research,GeneratePower.
You should especially prioritize the research job.
Press on ADD NEW SCHEDULE button to create a new schedule which can be applied to chosen duplicants.
The schedule contains time for work, rest, bathroom, and sleep.
The default schedule is shown in the screenshot above, but we can modify it freely.
