After regaining the control, run up the stairs.

Go down the slope to see that the earlier bridge is now destroyed.
Unfortunately, Ann will find the solution.
She’ll return to the altar and climb the crane.
It’ll raise after a while and you’ll see fire belching from ‘towers’ windows.
