This is a slight variation of ending 3.
The main difference is that Colin won’t survive to the end of the story.
There are two paths leading to the same conclusion and we’ve described both of them.

Both options are about getting rid of them.

Both options will lead to the same ending.

Both options (lying or telling her he jumped) lead to the same ending.
Stefan will be arrested for both murders.
Colin’s death will be mentioned in the final video.
