One missile is sufficient to destroy that vehicle.
After that get into your vehicle on go northward.
Doing this you will encounter a little bit stronger resistance but stay with your old tactic.
Third anti-aircraft vehicle is located next to the United Nations' post.
you’re free to reach it going along the coast line[#161].
Because your vehicle will be probably destroyed, pop into allies' post to get another car.
Your last target is located in the north-west part of the city.
It is parked on the lawn among other cars[#162].
double-check that you have one missile and use it.
Now it’s time to dispatch Peng.
If you want to catch Peng, first you have to destroy all anti-aircraft devices[#165].
you’re free to see that vehicle through the hole in wall.
Peng is standing on the forward part of the wall[#167].
Killing guys who protect him is very easy but the problem is with a place for the helicopter.
If pilot cannot touch the ground drag your target on the beach.
