After completing this quest, you learn thatJustiniaordered him to bring a Death Fog bomb toArx.
you might meet her inIsbeil’shideout.
There, you learn that the queen was manipulated.
This initiates a fight withIsbeil.
Win the battle and head to her laboratory whereBeastcan speak with the queen.
