You will unlock this level by paying off Moneybags.

How to get 100% completion in this level?
As Bentley, you are wandering around an ice cave.
In the beginning, follow the corridor.
Eliminate all of the Rhynocs there and destroy the totems.
Then talk to your brother.
You will have to use your ability for bounce the snowball that will be thrown in your direction.
This will allow you to get to the other side.
You will find the first egg there.Further on, you will stumble upon some Seals.
You must twirl your club so that deflect their missiles.
This is the only way you will be able to overcome these enemies.
Do not forget about destroying totems.
This way you will reach a ledge full of gems.
After striking the gong with a snowball, a new passage will be created.
You will also have to move a chest that will block you from accessing the pathway.
You will go out into a large area.
Upon doing so you will be able to proceed.
Before moving on, be sure to break the ice sheets on two sides of the room.
Thanks to this you will gain some extra gems.
Afterwards, go through the pathway made of chests.
You will soon reach the end of the level.
