M37 Exit to Elms' Reach.
At first, you encounter no enemies here, but this will change.
Therefore, get prepared properly for that.
you might explore all of the chambers without any problems and meet all of the important NPCs.

Talk toKeeper Garostabout Ethik Nol and the preformed rituals.
The secret chamber
Find the hidden switch in the nearby corridor.
Blood Sacrifice Chamber
Talk toArchdruid Rechstinand after you have dealt with all your business inBlood Sands, attack him.
Killing him is a part of the quest from Berath -A Servant of Death.
Do not attackArchdruid Rechstintoo early (murdering him is required for theServant of deathquest).
As a result of that, all of the NPCs in theBlood Sandswill turn hostile towards you.
