This isn’t a cave but a tunnel with many car wrecks.
You have to get to the other side of the tunnel.

Remember, opponents can do the same - don’t let them ambush you.
The Pyro and the Med-Bot are the most problematic.
The Med-Bot has 16 energy points and 2 armor points, you have to use your best attacks.
make a run at eliminate it before it resurrects the enemies.
After the fight, search the tunnel.
