Wait for the agent to turn around.
After getting to the next car, wait and watch the last agent.
This time it’s crucial that you distract the agent.
First, observe the lamp visible in the screenshot and use the “Knock out light” option.
A short sequence will await you here, requiring you to click appropriate buttons.
The conversation will initiate:

You will witness a different scene, but this doesn’t affect the further story.

At the end Batman will call Alfred and theFunny or Diechapter will end.
