Drive to Joe’s place, park somewhere outside the building#2and head up to the second floor.
During your conversation with Joe you’ll find out the details of the plan of getting rid of Clemente.
Stop in the designated area here#2and exit the vehicle.
You’ll watch a new cut-scene explaining the rest of the plan.
Go to your left and use the entrance reserved for hotel workers#2.
Walk through the laundry room.
Keep going forward, but check that to visit the Daily Room along the way.
You may now proceed towards a double door#2.
Turn right and head forward.
The worker Joe has mentioned will show up and bring up the gate for him#1.
USING THE ELEVATOR TO GET TO THE 18TH FLOOR:
Exit the room and turn right twice.
Watch a new cut-scene and then enter the elevator#2.
Interact with the control panel to travel to the 18th floor.
Proceed to your right here and you’ll soon get to the conference room#2.
