The easiest solution would be to go to the main hall#1and wait for Henry to show up.
The last option is to hide in the shower (the bathroom is near the bedroom)#2.
Head over to the parking lot#2and sit behind the wheel of one of Leo’s cars.
Wait until the old man joins you and leave his estate by destroying the metal gate.
If you’ve decided to talk to Henry you will be allowed to explore the villa before leaving it.
Wait until Leo gets out of the car.
RETURNING HOME:
Start driving towards your villa located to the south-west#1.
She will ask you to find her cheating husband.
Drive to the apartment where Eric is supposed to be#1.
Wait for one of the drunk party members to pop kick open the door and head inside#2.
Francesca’s husband is having sex in the kitchen with one of the women#2.
Approach him to start a conversation.
You’ll soon discover that the only way to straighten Eric out is to beat him up#1.
End the fight by grabbing him and performing a finishing move#2.
Doing this should trigger a new cut-scene.
Exit the building and use the car to go back to your villa.
Enter the estate and answer the phone#1.
Francesca will be mad at you for beating up her husband.
