Wait until one of the guards wakes you up and start following him.

The deal here is simple.
Approach one of the urinals and press the E key#1to start cleaning it.

The guard will use one of the urinals right away, forcing you to clean it one more time.
HAVING A SHOWER:
Approach the guard standing in front of the entrance to the showers area#1.
Wait for Vito to undress and go to one of the working showers#2.
You’ll soon see a new cut-scene and your new task will be to defend yourself against the rapists.
Consider throwing heavy punches by pressing the right mouse button.
It’s not over yet, because you’re soon going to be attacked by the second inmate.
The rules will stay the same, however in this case you should consider using counterattacks#1.
Don’t forget to finish off your opponent when he’s stunned#2.
Don’t forget to avoid his counterattacks by pressing the SPACE key.
Keep attacking him until he’s stunned and then perform a finishing move on him#2.
Notice that he still wants to fight.
This chapter will end with several cut-scenes and the game will resume several years later.
