Enter the store and look around to find a Playboy magazine on the floor#2.

Proceed towards the building where Joe still lives#1.
Enter the building and start off by going to the top floor (4 signs on the walls).
Explore nearby corridors to find yet another Playboy magazine#2.
You may now return to the second floor and go to Joe’s place.
Enter his vehicle (Smith Custom 200)#1and wait for him to join you.
Start driving west, towards the apartment seen on your map.
Exit the vehicle and proceed towards the entrance to the building#1.
Wait until you’re standing inside and head towards upper floors.
you might now take part in a short tour of your new apartment#2.
If you don’t have a suit in your possession then you’re going to have to buy one.
One of the stores which sells them is located to the east#2.
A better solution, however, would be to steal one of the faster vehicles from this era.
One of them should be parked near the garage#2or you might always steal something from the street.
Drive to Joe’s apartment.
Enter the building and go to Joe’s place.
Knock on the door to trigger a cut-scene during which you’ll meet his buddy Eddie.
HAVING A RIDE WITH JOE AND EDDIE:
Exit the building via the passageway leading to the garage area.
Enter Eddie’s car (Potomac Indian) and wait until your colleagues have joined you#1.
Park the car in front of the night club#2and enjoy a longer cut-scene.
Travel from Highbrook to Uptown and continue driving east#1.
Drive through a parking lot and keep heading east.
Destroy a gate#2to find yourself inside the park.
Drive to a clearing seen on your map where you’ll be rewarded with a cut-scene.
