But as it will turn out, the choice you make here won’t affect the future events.

When the sequence ends, you wake up in the Hospital.

Open door to the room with anInfiltrator,doctor Weiranddirector Faulke.

After a short cut scene you’ll have to chase the alien.

On your way there use aResupply Stationand choose whatever weapon suits you.

During the chase don’t waste your ammo: enemy is immortal.

But read thenote, which can be found at the entrance to the big room with imprisoned aliens.

They aren’t a threat due to the weak damage and weak defence.

It becomes a bit worse when twoElite Snipersand aShield Commanderjoin the battle.

They should be your priority targets.

When you clean the room, go on the other side and upstairs.

Run forward moving through next rooms.

When you get close to the weird equipment at the bottom of stairs, look for a nearbynote.

There, after a short walk, you get to theResupply Station.

Then, enter the room with two hidingElite Outsidersand two weaker aliens.

Kill them withMind Control,Liftand other useful abilities and prepare for another fight.

Another group consists of aTech Commander, twoElite Outsidersand aSectopod.

Eliminate them in the order listed above.
