Perks are back, too.
However, perks are now available as cards.
It is up to players to decide how they want to develop their character.
attribute -strength,perception,endurance,charisma,intelligence,agilityandluck.
The more points you put into a given attribute, the bigger impact it will have on your character.
Perks
After choosing an attribute you could see3 cards- you have to pick one.
Perk cards will have three ranks (the number of stats determine a perk’s strength).
Cards can be traded with other players.
These cards will probably develop along with your character.
You won’t have to switch them constantly.
This will allow you to adjust your character to a given situation or to test different builds.
