The first character can be unlocked by winning a battle with Korvac.
Once the battle is over you will receive the character token - Korvac.
On the right side of the base you will find the place shown on the picture.
to get inside you must switch character to Komodo or Hulk.
There activate the ground button.
Another character token can be found in the room shown on the picture.
Inside the container you will find character token - Ragnarok.
Get to the other side of the facility where you will find door with two green handles.
