AtCamp Hudson,there is only one ECHO signal -Heather Lau, part 1.
It is easy to miss it and simply leave the base.
This collectible is connected with the side mission there marked on the map.
Enter and climb to the first floor, which is where you find the guide.
Go to the open flat at floor 2 and collect the guide from the kitchen.
PricerHouse [Week II 10]
ByW 23rd Stand8th Ave,there is a contaminated area.
It is on the sidewalk(M1,20).
The Eastern part of the zone, the corner ofW 21st Stand8th Ave.
Walk between buildings and in the corner, b the walls, you find the phone(M1,19).
The phone is by the trashcan at the beginning (the West), ofW 26th St. Go into the alley between buildings on the corner ofW24th Stand10th Ave.
There, you find a phone(M1,5).

Find the unit byW 22nd St(West).
You find it in a small garage next to the white armored vehicle (M1,6).
Go there and keep going straight ahead and you find the phone across the tracks, on the station.
BetweenW 21st StandW 20th St(Eastwards of9th Ave), there is a car garage.
Go behind the garage and you find the camera(M1,11).
The trails takes you to the sewers.
A while afterwards, you find the data.
You find the signal(M1,14)at the crossroads ofW 24th Stand8th Ave.
In the Eastern part of the zone, onW 23rd St,you find signal(M1,17).
It is in the middle of the road, it is difficult to miss.
It is connected withApril Kelleherside mission.
It is possible to collect it only after the end of the main storyline.
