in the side part of the factory, which you’re free to reach, e.g.
by taking the catwalk.
The area is being patrolled by two enemies that you oughta walk around or kill.
The Collectible Card is on the floor of the Northern part of the factory.
The Collectible Card is on a small catwalk located in the central part of the factory.
Explore the ground floor of this part of the hall, i.e.
the dimly-lit area, where the collectible is.
The Collectible Card is in the North-Eastern corner of the gall with the huge tank.
Climb up the stairs, to the catwalks, because that is where the collectible is.
