Start by talking toBTL Clocker[1].
Walk inside and follow the corridor to its end.
it’s possible for you to talk to theConcerned Woman[2], to obtain some information.
Then, follow the main corridor until you reach the maindoor [5[.
At this moment, there are two characters that can grant you with access:.

He decides about who gets in and who does not.
Talk to him and you will get several dialogue options.
There is also an option to hit.

This fight can be a little problematic.

Have the rest deal with theBTL Bodyguard.

Approach him and shoot every single barrel at him.

The best idea is to use theSmoke Grenade,Smoke Droneor theFogspell, to ensure yourself with cover.
Only after you do that, will they stop attacking you.
Objective:Talk to Gino.
After you have dealt with the enemies and soothed civilians down, talk toGino[7].
If you want to help him, try being gentle.
First snag the first, and then the second dialogue option.
