Tarot cards - what are they?

These are large “flashing” murals.
you could start looking for murals from the second act onward.
When you get close enough to one of these secrets, its icon will appear on the world map.
This should make it easier for you to locate next murals.
Tarot cards - how to collect them?
You just have to go past the bars and look left.
You will immediately notice the mural, which will give you the card after examination.
2nd card - The World
Region: South of Watson, Little China.
You have to enter the elevator, and after leaving it, run up the stairs.
Eventually you will find yourself on the balcony.
Look left and examine the mural there.
you could get there without any problems, no one should stand in your way.
you could get there when you go down the stairs, by a passageway with pink neon signs.
You just need to take the elevator upstairs, then climb the stairs and head straight home.
7th card - The Magician
Region: eastern part of Watson, Kabuki.
Location: You will get The Magician card when you examine the mural under the bridge.
All you have to do is take a look at the middle column, exactly at its eastern side.
8th card - The Emperor
Region: western part of Watson, Arasaka Waterfront.
It is very visible because it lights up on a bright screen.
9th card - The Hanged Man
Region: northern part of the map, above Watson.
10th card - The Lovers
Region: North Westbrook, North Oak.
To get to the second part of the parking lot you need a code for the door.
It’s very simple, just type0000and you’ll get to the right place.
You just have to climb a ladder on the scaffold and scan the object.
11th card - The Moon
Region: Central Westbrook, North Oak.
13th card - Strength
Region: northern part of Santo Domingo, Rancho Coronado.
It should be easy for you to find the card.
However, you must scan the mural because you will not get too close to it.
