When you climb up to the higher part, turn around.
The item is located on a narrow ledge.
Watch out for over a dozen enemies.
The cave is vast and it’s easy to get lost here.
Pay attention to the footprints, they will lead you to the painting and a Daysha Hand.
Now head upwards and you will see footprints.
They will lead you to the collectible.
Exit the grotto withcave painting #3and find a place with a green vapor (poison).
Use the antidote and cross it to the next corridor.
Swim under the wooden obstacle and go forward to the place shown in the screenshot.
Shoot down the ice and climb up - the collectible is located above.
Go left after entering, then jump down twice.
When you stand more or less in the middle of the grotto, you will see a claw point.
Destroy the ice on it (for example, with an arrow) and swing to the other side.
You will see footprints that will lead you to your goal.
Destroy the ice to find the collectible.
You’ll find it among some rocks, in the upper part of the cave.
Jump down and cross the “camp”.
Before you go, remember to take somerare yellow leavesto craft the antidote.
The path inside the cave is rather linear, just follow the footprints.
Be careful not to fall down because you might get poisoned.
After a short walk, you will reach the place shown in the screenshot.
Use the claw and descend to a lower level.
Use the antidote and go forward a bit - you will find the collectible on the ground.
Cross to its other side, where it’s possible for you to climb up the vines.
Turn right and jump to the next ledge, where you’re able to find the collectible.
Climb up the mountain, then do it again a bit further.
When you reach the top, the collectible will be on your right, on the rock massif.

To find it, you better use the claw twice and climb up to the top.
At the very top, on the farthest rock.
