How to unlock: Dismember 500 Limbs.

How to unlock: Rip off a dangling limb using Kinesis.
Then aim at that limb anduse kinesis(Circle/B while aiming).
You will unlock the achievement if Isaac manages to tear it off with kinesis.
Raise the Stakes
How to unlock: Pin an enemy.
Aim at a monster standing next to a wallor other vertical surface.
This should unlock the achievement.
Freeze
How to unlock: Use Stasis on 50 enemies.
Backbreaker
How to unlock: Kill 10 enemies with a stomp attack.
Comment:The difficulty with this achievement is thatstomping on severely weakened large Necromorphs does not count.
You have to deal withstomping smaller monsters.
Keep pressing the stomping button quickly so they don’t jump on Isaac.
Maxed Out
How to unlock: Fully upgrade all weapons and equipment.
Here are some important tips:
Front Toward Enemy
How to unlock: Survive the Shooting Gallery.
Once you get there, collect supplies (especially ammo) and activate the terminal.
Don’t waste ammo on shooting the targets, just wait for a group of Necromorphs to spawn.
You have to defeat all the monsters and the achievement will be unlocked when the last one dies.
There are also optional loot lockers with prizes in the shooting range.
Z-Baller
How to unlock: Complete Level 6 in Zero-G Basketball.
Examine the terminal to start thebasketball mini-game(can be repeated as many times as you like).
Try not to waste too much time on aiming.
