Land a series after another and finish them with the special takedown, i.e.

The appropriate performance of the entire sequence will make Bane return to his standard state.
Avoiding this attack is, fortunately, easier.
you could just as well use them to charge Batman’s gloves.
Continue fighting Bane, up until the moment when you deplete his health bar almost entirely.
After the main cutscene, wait for Batman to launch himself into the void after the fallingJoker.
Be prepared to press the counter-attack key/button at the right moment, which will result in capturing Joker.
