Start the very linear flight, during which you do not need to be too cautious.
Stop the drone only after you come near the room with two guards in it.
Approach the right wall and fly up to the hole in the floor shown in the screenshot.
Wait for the enemies to walk away and, only then, fly through the abovementioned hole.
Stop the drone again and ascend until you reach the recess shown in the screenshot.
Stop opposite the fuse box, shoot out the charge and detonate it.
This will result in the power being cut out around the entire estate.
