Enter the building and examine the corpse of the late governor Di Fuego.
After you have gained access toSebastiano, talk to him and raise the topic of the murdered governor.
Find the chest and take theBroken Sword.
Wait for nightfall and go to the governor’s house again (point 10 on the map).
Use the Sneak skill, by pressing the appropriate key/button.
you should probably sneak to the upper floor that is occupied bySebastianoduring the day.
Collect theSebastiano’s Execution Orderfrom the chest.
It can be bought, among others, from Jack (the keeper of the lighthouse).
The last thing to do is talking to anyNightwatchmember.
Ask him about the circumstances of the governor’s death.
