Teleport back to the B Rank Tournament Reception (Festival Beach).
Afterwards, jump one level down, to the North from the place you were teleported to.
One of the ANBU ninjas will be there.
Speak with him and select those dialogue options:
Afterwards confirm your answer with “Yes”.
Now you have to find the second ANBU.
Teleport to the A Rank Tournament Reception, run outside of the building and go North.
Approach the second ANBU and start the conversation.
Select those dialogue options:
Confirm your answers with “Yes” and go back to the ninja trio.
