Start by walking over a big oval object and jump down to walk under the metal bridge.
Stay under the bridge for as long as possible and go towards the locomotive house marked by the game.
After you get inside the building, go ahead and reach the stairs to the upper balconies.
Turn left here and start going in straight line again.
This way you will walk around all the enemies on the ground floor.
Carefully, approach the sniper that is observing the starting area from here.
You do not need to kill him and only locate the stairs back to the ground floor.
Do not hurry too much with taking the stairs because there probably are two enemies down there.
Wait for the armored enemy to go right, walk down to the landing and jump over the balustrade.
