In Doom Eternal you will find a variety of different and interesting weapons.
You have various types of pistols, rifles and shotguns at your disposal.
How to unlock- you start the game with this weapon.
Modifications:
Which weapon modification I should choose: sticky bomb is a good modification for a start.
Heavy Cannon
Action- it’s a precision weapon which is perfect for hitting weak spots.
From time to time it will make it easier for you to defeat strong enemies.
How to unlock- Heavy Cannon can be obtained in the first mission of the game.
Which weapon modification I should choose: as in the previous example.
Micro missiles will make it easier for you to destroy opponents during initial stages of the game.
Plasma Rifle
Action- you might use it to destroy energy shields of enemies.
Which weapon modification I should choose: both modifications are great in combat.
How to unlock- during the execution of the Cultist Base.
Which weapon modification I should choose: The lock-on function is great against large groups of enemies.
Over time, it is worth investing in efficient tracking, which significantly accelerates tracking of demons.
Super Shotgun
Action- it’s a double barreled shotgun equipped with a special Meathook.
Which weapon modification I should choose: opt for Fast Hands upgrade.
It increases the reloading speed.
Ballista
Action- shoots a beam of heated energy that cuts through enemies, additionally destroying enemy shields.
How to unlock: you will get it just before the Super Gore Nest mission.
choose the Charging Wave as the next update which has an ability to stun enemy forces.
Chaingun
Action- it’s a great weapon that stuns enemies.
How to unlock: you will get it during the Super Gore Nest mission.
It will allow you to deal extra damage to your opponents at all times.
In addition, you could add Ultimate Cooling later which will reduce the overheating of your weapon.
BFG-9000
Action- a well-known gun that fires green plasma projectiles.
It destroys everything that stands in its way.
How to unlock- during Mars Core mission.
