A COG tag can be found under it.
Go up the stairs and turn right.
The COG tag lies near a low wall.
In theUpper State Streetsection.
After killing the patrol, you’ll go to the ruined building on the left.
Go up and keep on the left.
A COG tag lies between the rumble.
In theState Street Rooftopssection.
There is a platform - enter it.
Turn left to find a COG tag near a low wall.
In theFirst Avenue Rooftopssection.
After starting the mission go to the catwalk leading to the other side and turn left.
A COG tag lies near the scaffolding.
In theMuseum Square Rooftopssection.
After getting outside go to the place with a turret and turn left.
Descend to the lower level and turn left again.
A COG tag lies behind the sandbags.
After repelling the first wave of enemies go down the stairs on the left side of the hideout.
Turn right where you’ll see a broke down door in front of you.
Run inside and walk to the end of the corridor, turning left.
At its end you’ll find the item you’re looking for.
It is not possible to collect it before the first wave.
