Upon meeting these requirements, go to Adam and talk to him.
From this point on, what happens during this quest varies depending on which faction you joined.
The goal of the quest is still to gain an ally, but the selected person will change.
Oleg will agree to help the 6th Power if you kill the nearbyTomsontown Locustsfor him.
After killing the monsters, go back to Oleg - he will become your ally.
ThePartner of the 6th Powerquest inElex 2will be completed.
