Once you reach the place, you will have to fight few soldiers.

Park it on the mechanism seen on the screenshot, and release the throttle, to charge the generator.

Once you reach the place seen on the map, you will see a well-fortified KPA base.
To enter it, you have few options.
No matter your tactic, you have to be prepared for a fight with KPA forces.
At the beginning, find a suitable spot (behind the wall) and eliminate attacking storm troopers.
If you notice a heavily armored soldier, change your position.
you could use Molotov cocktails or a pipe bomb to eliminate this strong enemy.
After the fight, go to the stairs.
On the first floor, wait until the green gas stops leaking.
This way, you will destroy the valuable KPA resources, and build another resistance base.
You will receive 4 technology points for completing this strike point.
Once you arrive to the place, you will have to deal with KPA soldiers.
Instead, go to the underground garage.
The entrance is in the middle of the building.
The way will lead you to the place seen on the screenshot.
Throw two Molotov cocktails into the small passageway, to eliminate some KPA soldiers.
The task yields 4 KPA technology points.
Once you arrive to the place, you have to get rid of the KPA patrols.
Inside, you will find some normal soldiers.
Once you arrive to the diner, you will see the same view as if with the Axxco garage.
First, eliminate the attacking storm troopers, while staying behind a good cover.
There won’t be many of them, so you shouldn’t have any major problem.
Turning it will cause a sudden increase of the pressure, destroying the KPA base in progress.
This way, you’ll receive four technology points.
Warning!There are snipers on the towers.
Do it before you enter the outpost.
There are few snipers in the building, who will make the task difficult for you.
The best way to erase the apartments is sneaking and silent elimination.
Typically, snipers are separated by walls, so the silent elimination is easy.
Once you eliminate the snipers, search the warehouse on the first floor to build the resistance base.
Before you storm the hotel, take over the strike point nr.
The apartment is full of snipers which will make your life miserable.
Before you get there, you should probably eliminate the enemy patrol from the square.
Prepare the pipe bombs for the armored vehicle, and the assault rifle for the soldiers.
Once you get inside, it’s crucial that you go to the first floor of the hangar.
Once you hack the computer, you will gain access to another resistance operational base.
For completing this strike point, you will receive three KPA technology points.
Once you reach the place, you will have to hide from snipers sitting in their nests.
One nest is visible on the screenshot, the second is in the building on the right side.
You will reach the building on the right through the pipes, visible on the screenshot.
A good way of eliminating the snipers is to gain help from allies stationed in a nearby base.
Regardless of chosen tactics, go in the direction of stairs inside the building.
Go in the direction of the stairs, and move to a small balcony seen on the screenshot.
This place can also be reached from downstairs through a blue sheet.
Jump there and get to the transmitter to hack it.
For this strike point, you’ll receive two KPA technology points.
Once you reach the spot, you will see a fortified KPA base.
The inside of the base can be reached in three ways.
First is the back door seen on the screenshot.
The second is to destroy the ventilation protection at the side of the compound.
Third, the most crazy, is to use the motorcycle ramp in the back of the compound.
This way, you will receive access to another resistance base, receiving 4 KPA technology points in progress.
Once you get to the place seen on the screenshot, eliminate the Korean patrol.
Your target is in the inside of the bus, visible on the screenshot.
Under the bus you will find palettes, behind them it’s possible for you to find explosive barrels.
After the explosion, the said bus will drop down, giving you access to the radio located inside.
