Meet with Pegorino and he’ll offer you the contract to kill Dimitri.
Roman doesn’t want it, and Kate doesn’t like the deal.
You have to choose what you want to do.
There are two choices on your map green deal, and red revenge.

Buy a suit in Perseus and go to the church.
A Revenger’s Tragedy
Wait for a message and a phonecall from Little Jacob.
After the talk go meet him.
Go inside and chase Dimitri’s gangsters.
Don’t shoot them, just follow them to reach Dimitri’s hideout.
Bodyguards will welcome you with heavy fire so hide and kill them using sniper rifle or heavy weapons.
Enter the building and kill anyone inside on this floor.
Go through the corridor on the left and go upstairs.
Kill anyone on the roof and go right.
Chase Dimitri with a speedboat and helicopter.
After a while you should land (or crash) on the island.
Catch Dimitri and do what you have to do.
REVENGE

Don’t go on board, find a tower near ship and climb onto it.
From here shoot as much guards as possible with your sniper rifle.
When the board is clear, go.
In the control room you will find a lever which opens the hold.
Go there, kill the rest of the bandits, and at the end, Dimitri himself.
Roman should call informing you about his marriage.
Out of commission
Wait for a message and phonecall from Little Jacob.
After the talk go meet him.
Go inside and chase Pegorino’s gangsters.
Don’t shoot them, just follow them to reach Pegorino hideout.

When Pegorino leaves, take a bike and ride along the coast.
Little Jacob will pick you with the helicopter.
After a while you should land (or crash) on the island.
Catch Pegorino and do what you have to do.
