Jump to the stairs.
Come back and go through the gangway.
After him you will meet another opponent - one of theBlack Guard’s.
You will see a cornice and something gleaming.

Climb up the line.
Look around and find the place to landing.
TakeHealth Potionand go inside the crypt.
You will see a Necromancer.
UseBow of the Dragonhornto kill him.
Go on and turn left.
