The first one is beyond the gate with the gold padlock.
Melt it to get through.
Another one is beyond the gate, at the far end of the alley.
You also have to turn off the electricity via the nearby terminal.
The fourth page is on the right side of the first floor.
The last page is rewarded for destroying four robots advancing toward you on motorbikes.
Once there, go through the door in the corner and repair the broken generator.
Then, you just need to push the core so you can get the pants.
