Start from using the ladder.
After activating thedetectivemode, you will notice thatPenguin’speople prepared an ambush.
Don’t give a shot to get close to them.
Instead, use thegrapnelto move closer to the ceiling.
ActivateBatmobileRemoteControland locate a multistory car park (you could see it in the picture above).
Drive the Batmobile to the top level of the car park and you will get directly behind thethugs.
Ambush them and destroy theturretsalso.
Now you’re able to switch to the hero and leave the building.
