During the airfield exploration, I recommend that you move in the clockwise direction, i.e.
explore the Eastern, Northern, Western and Southern portion of the map.
This mission starts in the South-Western part of the map (point 1 on the map).
venture to approach the first enemy group to the East of here.
Take advantage that the generator is making and eliminate all of the remaining enemies in the area.
After you have initially secured the South-Western part of the airfield, I recommend that you head Northwards.
There are several paths to choose from, here.
Another good way to reach the Northern part of the map, is to move close its Western rim.
An additional asset of this variant you should not, initially, encounter any enemies here.
In the North-Western part of the map, there are fortifications connected with the underground bunkers.
In my case, two soldiers were patrolling around one of the bunkers.
Additionally, around there also is an armored vehicle.
It is best to use landmines and place one in the path of the vehicle.
