you might take up this case at any time in the game, even in the early stages.
To begin this task, you’re gonna wanna go to the west part ofSalvation Harbor.
Near the fast-travel point, at the end of Salvation Road, you will findThe Seven Oaks Bar.
Talk to the policeman standing between the tables and agree to do the job.
you’re gonna wanna check the apartments of the victims.
You will notice this house pretty easily, because the whole thing is marked with white symbols.
Destroy the barricaded door and enter.
Your target is a corpse hanging from the ceiling.Take a photo of it.
Thenexamine the bodyand collect themembership cardfrom the upstairs desk.

Location: southwest ofReed Heights, on Vinland Avenue, south of University Street.
Go into a building with a white door.
Head to the top floor - the door is barricaded.
Enter the building from the boat.
You will locate the body on the ground floor, then the monsters shall appear.
